UK SHIPPING

We ship within the UK via Royal Mail First & Second Class and offer very easy returns. 

First Class Delivery – (1-2 working days)

Second Class Delivery – (2-4 working days)

UK RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apply a 14 days right of return policy.

Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.

Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.

Once the goods are received back to us the refund will be issued.

You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.

In case of an order being refused by a receiver on delivery, Shortie Bear 1981 ltd. reserved the right to deduct the cost of the return from the final refund.
